We have found a building that will work for us as a theater. However, times being what they are, financing has tightened up considerably at the banks. We find that, while we can do the build out and make the payments, there is a need for a larger down payment than we had anticipated. It also allows callers to receive severe weather warnings on the telephone as soon as they are issued by the National Weather Service.
