NOTICE
Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on the 26th of September at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall to discuss:
1. Request by Applicant Loyd Development Services, LLC and Land Owner Ruth Melton Mangione Revocable Trust for Parcel 029B 061 located off Gennett Drive, consisting of a total of 17.28 acres and currently zoned under the Pickens County Zoning Ordinance as RR-Rural Residential and to be annexed in as R-2 Residential.
2. Request by Owner Craig Chester for parcel located off 225 Chambers Street Parcel JA07 052 consisting of a total of 0.5 acres to be rezoned to R-1 Residential from C-2 Commercial.
Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances the Planning Commission's recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on October 2, 2023 at Jasper City Hall 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA.
