Item #1 discuss a request by owner Erica L. Johnston to rezone approximately 0.21 acres (Parcel JA11 007) located at 38 Mary Street from C-2, General Commercial, to R-1, Low Density Single-Family Residential, to allow for an existing single-family residence.
