FREE AND REDUCED MEAL PROGRAM
Free and reduced-price meals are available to qualifying families. Families can apply by completing an online family meal application for immediate processing, or by printing a paper application or requesting one from a school cafeteria manager (processing may take up to 10 days).
Until notification of eligibility, families must provide their child with meals or money to purchase them. During the 2026-2027 school year, households that qualify for reduced meal benefits will not be required to pay the reduced price $0.30 for breakfast and the $0.40 for lunch due to the State of Georgia budget covering these costs.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES
The Pickens County School District will provide basic school supplies to all students again this year.
Visit the Pickens County Back to School Hub for more information including enrollment, bus transportation, safety and more.
