Thursday, March 12
Get the weekend started early with free community events at the Pickens County Library, including Quilting Basics at 10 am and Farm Bureau Storytime at 4 pm. As evening approaches, make your way to Talking Rock Brewery at 5 pm for their Open Mic Night with Rusted Melody. It's the perfect, laid-back atmosphere to enjoy a local craft brew while supporting homegrown talent.
Friday, March 13
Friday evening is all about great food and friendly competition! Kick things off at 5 pm with a ticketed St. Patrick's Day Celebration featuring Irish Chef Judith McLoughlin at Woodbridge General Store. Afterward, it's battle-of-the-brains time! Head over to Talking Rock Brewery for their famous Hard Hitting Trivia at 7 pm to test your knowledge, or check out the trivia night happening down the road at Pendley Creek Brewery, also at 7 pm.
Saturday, March 14
Calling all sci-fi and fantasy fans! The absolute highlight of Saturday morning is SequoyahCon: Outer Space happening at the Pickens County Library at 9 AM. This is a must-visit community event that promises out-of-this-world fun!
After exploring the galaxy at SequoyahCon, the afternoon is packed with St. Paddy's celebrations, including a party at Fainting Goat Vineyards and Shamrock Shenanigans at Pendley Creek Brewery. Keep the great vibes rolling by heading to Talking Rock Brewery at 4 pm to relax with live music by Ace Suggs. For your late-night entertainment, South of Nashville will be rocking the stage at Rocco's Pub at 8 pm.
Sunday, March 15
Wind down your mountain weekend with a relaxing Sunday afternoon. Talking Rock Brewery continues to deliver the perfect weekend soundtrack with live music by the Mountain City Mavericks at 2 pm. If you're looking to take in some scenic vineyard views, Fainting Goat Vineyards is hosting live music by Jake Douglas at 1:30 pm alongside a Paint & Sip event, while Canoe Vineyard & Winery features Pat Coletta at 2 pm.
