No action taken at the City Council meeting last night due to the fact that the property needs zoning changed from commercial to residential agriculture (R-A) to be a Planned Urban Development (PUD). Another Jasper Planning Commission meeting will be scheduled soon to address the zoning change and conditional use for a PUD. The council will either call a meeting or address it at the regular council meeting on November 5th.

ORDINANCE Sec. 94-148. (1) A PUD is a conditional use within the residential agriculture (R-A) zone district and exists after approval of a properly filed conditional use application. As such, a zoning decision is required per the requirements of this chapter.

The development 'Gateway in the Mountains', located near 515/108, will go before the Jasper Planning Commission to get the correct zoning and conditional use. A presentation was made at the Jasper City Work Session on 9/27/18 with intentions of getting a land disturbing permit this week before the issues. Video of meeting
