Jessica Wells has been appointed as acting CEO for Boys & Girls Clubs of North Georgia.

[ February 19, 2020 ] Michele Brackin opened the first Boys & Girls Club of Pickens County in 2005. She spent the next 15 years continuing to open more Clubs in Pickens, Gilmer and Fannin.

Michele has chosen to resign from BGCNG. We thank her for her many years of dedication and passion with our organization. We wish her well in her future endeavors and we are excited to see where her path may lead.

At this time, Jessica Wells has been appointed as acting CEO for Boys & Girls Clubs of North Georgia. Jessey has been with the organization for 13 years and served in many roles during her time with the Clubs. She knows and enjoys working with the children and families in our communities.

Our Clubs serve 300 children each day after school and we work hard to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

We are remaining POSITIVE during this transition because we are the POSITIVE PLACE FOR KIDS!
