Rob Jones, Pickens County Commissioner Chair (1:00)
- Commissioners will discuss extending the State of Emergency Declaration from April 7th to April 30th at Thursday's called meeting.
- Waiving the camper ordinance for public safety
- Digital informational signs at Tate 4-way and Camp Road
- Working with local 3-D Printing company to make face shields
- CLOSED: Eagle's Rest Park (Monument Road) and Talking Rock Nature Preserve (Carnes Mill Road)

Brandon Douglas, Jasper City Manager (7:43)
- City of Jasper parks remain open and being monitored

John Nicholson, Pickens County EMA Director (8:30)

Steve Lawrence, Jasper Mayor (9:13)

- Administrative staff will educate nonessential businesses on operations before sending out law enforcement

Sloan Elrod, Pickens County Fire Chief (14:47)
- Supplies slow to come in from DPH - but received 20 mask
- Call volume for March is down 120 calls [ 2019 - 380 | 2020 - 262 ]
- Uptick in suspicious patients this week vetted by Pickens 911
- Pickens 911 will be asking additional questions (running fever, symptoms, etc.) to take precautions
- Don't be alarmed when fire/ems and law enforcement will wearing PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
- Citizens and Home Depot donated masks

Steve Roper, Jasper Fire Chief (19:48)
- Call volume is down but running some calls to addresses of confirmed cases
- Received donations of masks and use filters from Home Depot

Von Headrick, Jasper Assistant Fire Chief (21:09)
- Thanks the community for all the support to public safety.

Greg Lovell, Jasper Police Department Chief (22:19)
- Call volume down; more animal calls
- Jack Dunn donating infrared themometer

Donnie Craig, Pickens Sheriff (23:23)
- Current jail population is 43 (can house up to 140 inmates)
- No confirmed coronavirus cases present at jail and testing available
- Inmate visitation canceled; facility cleaned 2-3 times a day

Kris Stancil, Captain Pickens Sheriff's Office (25:39)
- Program 'Are You Ok' to take care of seniors and shut-ins; Call 706-253-8869 to sign up
- 10 to 12 people calling each day to see if they have needs/updates
- Working with CARES on Monday, Wednesday and Friday to take food to 30+ families

Jeff Hall, Chief Deputy Pickens Sheriff's Office (29:57)
- Working on traffic/security plans with Piedmont Mountainside Hospital if patients increase
- Compiling list of PPE available in the county

Rick Jasperse, State Representative (34:46)
- Will start sharing daily information from Governor Kemp
- Will reach out to GEMA to help get PPE
- Unemployment claims have increased

Chris Leake, Lieutenant Pickens Sheriff's Office (39:20)
- Court services is still serving papers
- Temperature and screening questions for citizens to enter the courthouse
