[ June 17, 2020 ] Pickens County Schools Educational Task Force continues to work on plans to start school on August 3, 2020. If you have a child that needs to enroll into the Pickens County School System, please see below:

With everyone having to social distance, we are asking for your help. If you have a child that needs to enroll into the Pickens County School System for the next school year please use the steps below. If you have questions please email michellepayne@pickenscountyschools.org.


Step 1: Online Gateway Registration

> Save and Next
> Create Username and Password


Step 2: Documents
Please send the documents listed below electronically (scanned copy, picture via phone, etc.) to michellepayne@pickenscountyschools.org. If you do not have the Immunizations or health form we ask that you go ahead and send us what you do have. We have waiver forms for the Social Security Card and Immunizations. Please let us know if you need a waiver. We cannot consider your child enrolled until we receive at least some of these documents.

2 Current Proofs of Residence
Custody Documents (if applicable)

GA Immunizations (Form 3231)
GA Health Form (Form 3300)
