Arp has been involved with the Pickens County Chamber of Commerce for five years. She served as President of the Ambassadors in 2019, Secretary in 2018, and Committee Chair for Volunteers of the Marble Festival in 2018-2019. She has also served on the board of North Georgia Family Partners as Vice President, Leadership Pickens Steering Committee, and the Pickens County Community Service Club. She attends Harvest Missionary Church in Ellijay. Arp has been married to her husband, David, for 20 years, and together they have two children and two grandchildren. Outside of work she enjoys going to the park, museums, and hiking.
