[ June 28, 2020 ] Pickens Backs the Blue Rally was organized by Klayton Harris and Kathy Cowan on the Pickens County Courthouse lawn on June 28, 2020.

"I believe our police officers do an incredibly important, difficult job. They work long hours, nights, weekends, and holidays to keep our community safe. They are an essential part of our community and we are grateful for their service.

At a time when our officers are under immense pressure and stress, I hope this rally and show of support in our community will bolster our men and women in blue and help them feel appreciated.", posted by Klayton Harris on the Facebook event.
