[ April 20, 2021 ] A brand new senior living community is coming to Jasper, GA as part of an overall "Age in Place" master-planned community that features active adult 55+ resort-style homes and retail facilities. The Lodge at Stephens Lake will be the first and only luxury senior living community in the area that offers options for homes for active adults, independent living cottages, as well as assisted living and memory care services.

The community, located at 3900 Highway 515 South, is being built from the ground up with a slated opening in the spring of 2022. When completed, the community will have 70 independent living cottages as well as 86 apartments for assisted living and memory care. The active adult 55+ section of the community, Grandview at Gateway, features 106 craftsman-style homes for sale with community amenities ranging from a 4,000 square foot clubhouse and laguna-style pool to pickleball courts. Residents are scheduled to begin moving into the 55+ area by the end of April 2021.
