[ March 27, 2023 ] April Fools it's Not! The Jasper Farmers Market opens Saturday, April 1st, at 7:30 am. Be there to hear the bell ringing! The vendors are so excited to begin another wonderful market year. Red Bean Harvest will be there with their wonderful crafted coffee to start the morning off right!
Do you recognize some of these names? Bunny Johnson, Steve Alexander, Brienanna Carr Haralson? Bunny's bringing new tomatoes and peppers, Steve and Becky of Smoky Mountain Produce, LLC are bringing lettuce and microgreens, Brieanna is bringing back her colorful collection of sassy shirts!
Elizabeth Pratt of Pratt's Art Expressions will be back with her wonderful one of a kind paintings and not to be missed artwork. Cale and Bobbie Connel of Cole Minors Kustoms will be there. Fancee Craft and Toys will be back, too. G Chandler Candies is excited to be coming back- "..it's been too long!" Vivian Tritt, aka Mimi, will bring the deliciousness to keep everyone's tongue tickled with her Fancy Fruit Sorbet & Coconut Creamery, Non-dairy Frozen Treats. Yum!
Linda Palermo Lullie of Herb and Vine Healing Plants will be bringing yarrow, sweet annie, feverfew, and chamomile, to name a few of the offerings. Anna Morgan of Anna's Art can't wait to be at the market again. Lora Ann Pharis of GA Mountain Crafts will bring the leatherwork. Christy Allen Florist and Creations are on board, as well. Riggin Farms will be bringing pork, eggs, tulip blooms, and soaps. Certified Naturally Grown Old Dial Road Farms will have lettuce heads and mixes, celery, garlic, arugula, plus turnips with greens. Are we drooling for fresh produce yet?
Come on down to Lee Newton Park to the Park N Ride parking lot and "Park It at the Market!"
Jenny Fellenbaum, the market manager expects a full parking lot full of happy, excited vendors so let's be sure to fill the market with happy, excited customers! 7:30 am until noon, most every Saturday across from the Veteran's Memorial Park. Bring the puppies, too!
