FREE WIFI at Pickens County Library!
Did you know that you can access the Pickens County Library WiFi without even entering the building? It's true! The Pickens County Library has both indoor and parking lot WiFi that is available to use for free.

FRIENDS OF PICKENS COUNTY LIBRARY
The Friends of the Pickens County Library have gently used books available for purchase any time the library is open! The board members of Friends of the Pickens Library stock the shelves and collect the case and check from the black box near the book display. You can also pay using your credit card and the QR code. The Friends of the Pickens County Library bookshelf is located inside the Pickens County Library.

Back to School with Chattahoochee Technical College

Have you ever wanted to go back to school for your GED or brush up on business soft skills? Join us to learn all about the FREE educational courses available to you and about the Adult Education Program at Chattahoochee Technical College. This program is for adults. No registration required.

Homeschool Meetup
August 7, 10:30 AM
Gather together with our area's homeschool community. Students can expect a storytime and group meeting followed by age-appropriate breakout group activities.

Family Storytime
August 9, 16, & 23, 10:30 AM
Join us at the Pickens County Library for Family Storytime with Miss Hannah! We will have a theme with stories, songs, and a craft! Be sure to join us for a fun morning. No registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Making Magic Together: Magic Show

Medicare Information

What is Medicare and how does it work? Turning 65 means there's a lot of information but where do you start? Join us at Pickens County Library for a Medicare educational session designed to help seniors answer their Medicare questions. No registration required.

Teens Cook! Banana Pudding Edition!

This class is a fun and interactive cooking program designed to teach teenagers how to make delicious banana pudding from scratch. In this class, students will learn how to select the right ingredients, measure and mix them correctly, and cook the pudding to perfection. This program is for teens. No registration required.

Strollers and Stories

Attention Caregivers: Join us at Lee Newton Park for a walk and talk, a nature activity, followed by a storytime. No registration required. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
