[ October 24, 2023 ] NOTICE

Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on October 24, 2023 at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall at 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA to discuss:

1. A request by the City of Jasper Planning and Development Department to fix a zoning map error for Parcel JA07 017 located off Pioneer Road and owned by Daniel Barrett consisting of a total of 1.25 acres to rezone from M-1, General Industry to R-3, High Density Residential.

2. A request by Owner James T. Johnson for parcel located off 654 Philadelphia Road Parcel 030D 087 consisting of a total of 4.457 acres to be rezoned to C-2 Commercial from R-A Residential Agriculture.

3. A request by Applicant 1877 Cove Road, LLC and Land Owner Ben Habeck for Parcel 028 051 located off Grandview Road, consisting of a total of 34.25 acres to de-annex from the City of Jasper and annexation into Pickens County.

4. A request by 45 E Church Street Investments, LLC to rezone the parcel located at 45 East Church Street identified as Parcel JA07 099 consisting of a total of 0.4 acres to be rezoned from CBD, Central Business District to C-2 General Commercial.

Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances the Planning Commission's recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on November 6, 2023, at Jasper City Hall 200 Burnt Mountain Road Jasper, GA.
