Notice is hereby given of a public hearings to be held on the 10th day of October 2023 at 6:00 p.m. in the Pickens Room located at the Pickens County Administration Building, 1266 East Church Street, Jasper, Georgia, before the Planning Commission of Pickens County, Georgia.
CU-190552
The purpose of the hearing is to discuss a request from Michiel Dietzel on behalf of Chana and Gabriella Families, LLC requesting a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a guest only motorcoach RV park to and amenities, on a 113.7+/-acre, Parcel #010 061, located 1.5 miles east on Highway 136 from downtown Talking Rock, before Jones Mountain Road. The amenities requested include a clubhouse, asphalted roads and RV pads, pickleball courts, a pool and hiking trails.
