NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to Sec. 94-244 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances, a public meeting is scheduled before the Planning Commission on March 26, 2024 at 6:00 PM at Jasper City Hall to discuss a request by Roberto Perez Hernandez & Juanita Perez, the owners of Parcel JA03 107 located at 268 Hood Road, consisting of a total of 2.15 acres, to be rezoned from M-1 General Industry to C-2 General Commercial.
Pursuant to Sec. 94-245 in the City of Jasper Code of Ordinances, the Planning Commission's recommendation will be brought before the Mayor and City Council at the Public Hearing scheduled for 6:00 PM on April 1, 2024 at Jasper City Hall, 200 Burnt Mountain Road, Jasper, GA.
