[ September 03, 2024 ] Blackbird singing... A lively market on a lively Saturday morning.

The market moved across to the Veteran's Memorial Park parking lot to allow the visiting Jeepers access to power. With the market manager at the back end of the parking lot and whole market was flipped. Being the last day of August and Jeepfest in full swing just made the excitement fill the air!

Spencer & Nicole Smith of Freedom Hill Farms brought aquaponically grown Spring Mix, Butterhead and Romaine lettuces. New to the community but now established to provide fresh lettuce year round. Check it out next Saturday.

Lauren Pearl Creations had customers checking out her many home sewn colorful headbands. You can't miss the sign for Timber to Treasure. Each handmade sign is unique with favorite lines from great songs designed to inspire, like... Blackbird singing in the dead of night... (Beatles), It's a Wonderful World, and more, plus, other woodwork items.

The creativeness of our vendors is always to be admired!

Summer is at a high point in August, but September means Autumn is arriving soon which is cause for excitement. The veggie people have full tables of peppers, potatoes, beans and more. Everyone loves the loaves. Lemonade makes the mouth water. Cakes and cookies, cinnamon rolls with peaches? Yum!

Just come and see for yourself just how much there is to be had at our homegrown Jasper Farmers Market! And the market will be back in their normal spot next Saturday at the Park N Ride parking lot across from the Veterans Memorial Park. It opens at 7:30 am and runs until noon.
