[ March 20, 2025 ] Be on the lookout (BOLO) for Pickens Ferst Most Wanted!

On Tuesday, April 29, 2025, the Historic Old Jail in downtown Jasper will host a "Jail & Bail" event to benefit Ferst Readers of Pickens County.

Participants must raise between $840 and $1,000 to be "released." All proceeds will go to Ferst Readers, which provides free, age-appropriate books to over 800 Pickens County children under five.
